FEATURES FOR YOUR DAILY OPERATIONS

From online booking to your guest’s arrival.

Manage your venue, team and reservations in one application. Each feature is explained clearly, so you know what it offers.

01

All reservations in one place

Bring together online and phone bookings and walk-in guests. See dates, times, party sizes, seats, statuses and pending tasks on one screen.

02

Floor plans for tables and sunbeds

Organise zones, tables, sunbed sets, daybeds and cabanas. Let guests choose a specific spot or let your team assign a suitable place.

03

Availability with your own rules

Set visit duration, booking intervals, preparation time and booking notice. Use different opening hours by zone, day and season.

04

Closures and special opening hours

Close a day, selected hours or a date range. Combine recurring rules, different daily hours and selected zones or seats. Review affected bookings before applying changes.

05

Deposits or bookings without payment

Accept bookings without online payment, request a fixed or percentage deposit, or collect full prepayment through Stripe. Each venue sets its policy and guests see the amount before confirming.

06

Arrivals and waiting lists

Record arrivals, delays, completed visits and no-shows. Manage a waiting list and move a booking to a suitable seat after checking availability.

07

Automatic email updates

Send confirmations, reminders, changes and cancellations in the guest’s language. Keep your business identity and track delivery status.

08

Digital menu with its own QR

Create categories and products with descriptions, prices, allergens, icons and optional photos. The menu has a separate link and printable QR and can optionally open during booking.

09

Additional services and extras

Offer towels, high chairs and other extras. Set free or paid options, optional or required use, quantities and availability by zone and season.

10

Reports you can use

Analyse reservations, occupancy, guests, deposits, refunds and extras. Combine filters, search individual records and export data or presentable reports.

11

Guest directory and visit history

Find previous reservations, contact details and useful preferences. Search a guest and review their history, with access restricted to authorised staff.

12

Staff accounts and permissions

Create personal staff accounts within the application without invitations. Define what each role can view and change, from bookings to reports and settings.

13

Embed in your existing website

Use a standalone page, booking button or embedded widget. WordPress and custom website integration share the same availability across channels.

14

Simple initial setup

Choose a plan and follow the guide for venue details, tax details, layout, opening hours and payments. Start from a template or create your own floor plan, then review before enabling bookings.

15

Manage multiple venues

Manage several venues from one owner account with a separate subscription for each. Each venue has its own settings, bookings, menus, links and QR codes.

16

Help inside the application

Read clear explanations beside settings and in the knowledge base. Open and track support tickets and allow controlled technical access when needed.

17

Three languages, every device

Offer booking and menus in Greek, English and German. The interface adapts to desktop, tablet and mobile for staff and guests.

18

Frequently asked questions

Everything you want to know.

Who is Thesivio for?

Restaurants, cafés, bars, beach bars and organised sunbed venues, including hotel restaurants, pools and beaches. Room reservations and room-account charges are outside the first release.

Can I manage tables and sunbeds together?

Yes. One venue can combine restaurant, beach and other zones. All booking units count towards its plan limit.

What counts as one booking unit?

A table with its chairs is one unit. Two sunbeds booked as one set are one unit. Independently booked sunbeds count separately. Different time slots do not create extra units.

Is there a charge or commission per booking?

No. Thesivio charges a fixed subscription per venue with no booking or collection commission. Stripe payment-processing fees are separate.

Can I accept bookings without online payment?

Yes. Choose no payment, a deposit or full prepayment. Stripe connection is only required when collecting online payments.

Do I need to replace my website?

No. Use a link, button or embedded widget, with a WordPress block/shortcode planned. All channels use the same availability.

Does each venue have its own links and QR codes?

Yes. Booking and the digital menu have separate permanent URLs and separate QR codes for download and printing.

Can guests open the menu without booking?

Yes. QR Menu works independently and may optionally open during booking without adding a required step.

Can I close only selected hours or seats?

Yes. Rules cover days, hours, date ranges, weekdays and different daily schedules for the venue, zones or individual units. Existing bookings are reviewed before changes apply.

What is included in a seasonal plan?

Six consecutive active months followed by six months of history and export access without new bookings. Settings and the published QR Menu are retained, subject to the personal-data policy.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

Cancelling renewal preserves access until the paid period ends. Failed renewals have seven calendar days of grace with an exact deadline in notices. Guest bookings are never automatically cancelled due to subscription expiry.

Can I export my data and reports?

Yes. Every plan includes detailed reports, filters and exports for its features, with role-based access.

How are staff accounts created?

The owner or an authorised administrator creates accounts and roles within the application. Staff invitations are not required.

How can I try the system?

The approved interactive design demo opens in a new tab with prefilled credentials. Explore management, guest booking, menus and setup. It is a prototype with no real charges or emails.
